All about chocolate

Chocolate overdose. That’s what happened to me last Sunday when I went to the Salon du chocolat, Paris. I never thought it could happen to me. I was born with chocolate in my mouth. Every desert at home was made with chocolate. I can tolerate a lot of it in my body, as people who eat very spicy food. But this was just more that I could handle!

It was fabulous. All the best chocolatiers where there, and you can try almost anything they have. I tasted some strange mixture like banana and jamaican peper, rasberry and grapefruit, jasmin tea… This picture above (sorry for the bad reflection in the window) is the cutest chocolate I saw, made by Madame Setsuko Chocolarier…Japan. Well, I’ll surely remember that experience!… don’t think I will go there again.. too much caffeine ^_^
